We are a full service, locally owned and operated licensee office and we have been serving the West Monroe/Monroe area since 1996.

We specialize in clerical/administrative, light industrial and professional positions including part-time, full-time, direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placements.

Responsibilities:
This is a 24 hour business broken down in to 3 shifts:
-1st shift (5a-1p)
-2nd shift (1p-9p)
-3rd shift (9p-5a)

The shift hours WILL NOT change, but the days off rotate on a monthly basis. (For example, one month you may be off on Mondays and Tuesdays and the next month it could be Saturdays and Sundays.)

Must be able to work weekends and holidays!

Schedules are created and posted 2 months in advance so you will always be able to plan accordingly.

Starting pay is $9.50 per hour with the ability to earn raises and advance. (Annual performance evaluations and raises are awarded based on performance such as minimal errors, attendance, no customer complaints, etc.)

Skills:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE-
-Dependability-be able to report to work on time for scheduled shifts
-Customer Service-speak clearly on the phone, have the ability to deescalate situations, if necessary, while displaying empathy but still be able to control a conversation to guide it to a swift resolution
-Detailed oriented and can follow directions, ability to take down necessary information and relay it properly using various delivery methods
-Professionalism and Sense of Urgency- treat every call as if it is an emergency
-Multi-task- ability to answering incoming phone lines while performing other tasks
-Adaptability- ability to adapt to new or changing procedures
-Computer Skills- proficient typing ability and proper spelling/grammar
