Customer Service professional.
Spherion, one of the largest companies in the nation, is in search of Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities include the provision of products and program information to customers in a call center environment, as well as investigate and answer customer questions.

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and the ability to multitask. A minimum of 1 year customer service experience required. We are looking for applicants who are self-starters and do their best to help others. Should be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. Works under the daily supervision of the Team Lead or Supervisor.

HS Diploma or GED minimum
Bilingual is a plus but not required (Spanish, Creole, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin)
