Job Description

Responsible for resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges and assist them as needed with applicable services. Possess professional demeanor and friendly attitude.

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Patience
Clear Communication Skills
Knowledge of service
Time Management Skills
Able to type at least 30wpm
Multi-line phone system experience a plus.
