Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide our customers with a professional and pleasant experience, focusing on meeting their needs while becoming an important contributor to the Company. In general, this is a position where customer-focus, detailed work, guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed, while working closely with a team.

Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers??? needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ wpm, MS Office and internet)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills, including a pleasant and professional telephone manner
Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as work independently with little supervision
Quick learner and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive upbeat attitude, enthusiastic and compassionate
Must be punctual and reliable
Self-starter with problem-solving skills
High level of initiative and the ability to make sound decisions independently
Ability to communicate and coordinate calls effectively
Experience in medical terminology preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 35 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer system
Proven oral & written communication skills
Manufacturing experience prefered
Must have accounting background
