Job Description

Providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. Must partner with the sales team to provide customers with service. Performing other related duties as assigned. Use telephones to reach out to customers and following up on customer satisfaction survey.

Qualification

The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong work ethic
Must know Microsoft Word and Excel
