Job Description

Responsibilities:
Patient Advocates in Contact Center environment. Inbound and outbound calls with physicians and patients regarding prescription medications.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Pleasant phone etiquette, data entry, listening skills, detail oriented, empathetic with a coachable attitude.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- 1 year prior experience in call center
- 30 wpm typing
- MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work with multiple databases and dual monitors
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
