Job Description

Do you have customer service/call center experience? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!

The position consists of answering inbound calls for a large insurance company pertaining to group life products, enrollment questions and customer complaints.
Customer Service Representatives will answer approximately 50-70 calls per day, 5 days a week.

Shifts will vary. Hours of operation are 7AM-10PM.

Working hours: M-F

Required Skills:

1 year of call center/customer service experience
General familiarity with windows based programs.
