Job Description

Job Description: Interact with company's customers to provide them with information to address inbound phone and mail inquires regarding products, services, billing and payments. May assist with opening and closing accounts, troubleshooting issues and investigating customer complaints. Customer Service Representative may also assist with general clerical duties and also act as the clerical contract administrator with scanning and filing duties as needed. Apply Online:

Working hours: First Shift

--Promotes office organization by organizing files and paper work and organizing office supplies.
--Answers inbound email and phone inquires from customer and other departments regarding products, services, billing, payments and other general customer service inquires.
--Reviews record retention schedules for files, contracts, and electronic, data to ensure proper secure destruction on the approved designated dates.
--Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops and WAM training.
--Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
--Completes data entry in WAM to assist with organizing company's business intelligence; analyzes the system's data to ensure data accuracy.
--Assists with daily mail organization; opens and distributes mail and process and poses payments to WAM; general accounts receivable duties.
--May assist with general payroll duties as required by Corporate Controller and Human Resources Administrator.
--Intercepts inbound facsimile transmissions and processes outbound facsimile transmissions.

--Assists with delinquency management and collection efforts by contracting aged customers via phone or email.
--Performs other related duties as required.

Required Position Qualifications:
--Graduated from High School or GED
--Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
--Extremely effective organized skills.
--Knowledge of Microsoft including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
--Ability to work effectively and establish good working relationship with other employees.
--Must be highly proficient in stress management and time management skills.
--At least 5 years experience in office administration, customer service and clerical administration, customer service and clerical administration.
