A benefits enrollment company in Wall is in search of temporary Call Center Representatives. This is a 5-10 week assignment, but can open the door for regular full time employment. The pay is $11 an hour and there are multiple shifts available. Paid training.
-Providing timely and accurate customer service through routine telephone inquiries and written correspondence
-Answering customer questions, resolves issues and handles routine requests which may involve benefit policy interpretation, routine research and simple claim adjustments.
-Communicating information regarding claim status, enrollment/membership issues and benefit policy procedures.
-Referring inquires to other team members to determine proper course of action and resolution when unable to resolve.
-Operating a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent.
