Job Description

Spherion is on the look out for someone with proven, outstanding customer service skills, willingness to learn new things and the enthusiasm to go through training and testing to obtain an insurance license for an insurance agency here in Wichita Falls!

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers by selling new policies.

Making changes to and updating current policies.

Processing payments.

Providing customers with policy quotes for several different types of insurance.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Customer service experience
Must be able to answer multi-line telephones
Basic computer skills
Previous insurance experience preferred
General knowledge of insurance policies and terminology

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
