General Duties:
*Accurately responds to calls from multiple departments and coordinates services/actions to be completed there.
*Professionalism and phone etiquette is a must.
*Ideal candidates should be able to effectively manage their time and be able to multi-task.
*Occasionally assists walk-in customers requesting information.

*Typing Speed of 40+ WPM

Training Schedule:
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (First Eight Weeks, Monday - Friday)

Work Schedule:
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Thursday & Friday)
6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday)
