*Accurately responds to calls from multiple departments and coordinates services/actions to be completed there.
*Professionalism and phone etiquette is a must.
*Ideal candidates should be able to effectively manage their time and be able to multi-task.
*Occasionally assists walk-in customers requesting information
Working hours: (See Below)
*Typing Speed of 40+ WPM
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Training Schedule: (First 6-8 Weeks)
2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Work Schedule: (Once Training is Completed)
2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (Tuesday and Wednesday)
6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday)
