Job Description

Front desk receptionist with A++ customer service skills. Answers high volume of incoming calls from current customers and prospects. Handles customer inquiries and complaints, determining levels of anxiety customer may be experiencing to prioritize resolution and dispatches accordingly or escalates when needed. Customer's satisfaction is primary focus/must be able to take action and address the situation within company guidelines.

Working hours: Mon-Fri

- Ability to work with a diverse group of people internally; including direct interaction with the Owner, office staff and service technicians.
- Displays professional maturity and high ethical standards.
- Schedules service appointments. Handles payments made by credit card and check.
- Ability to multi-task, schedule /manage action lists and prioritize.
- Active listening, critical thinking and problem solving skills required.
- Dispatching software experience preferred. Pestpac or other pest control management software experience+. MS Excel, G Suite by Google proficiency, and accurate data entry required.
- Pass pre-employment criminal and drug screenings.
- Non-smoker preferred.
