Job Description

Seeking 5 upbeat and personable Customer Service Specialists for expanding Augusta customer service group of this 100 year old industry leader!

In this position you will be responding to inbound customer calls addressing general inquiries, holding and or renewing service, handling/processing cancellation requests, addressing billing inquiries as well as making outbound "welcome" calls to new customers and or following up on past due accounts. Must be available to work ANY 8 or 10-hour schedule between 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday and 7:30AM-1:00PM Saturday-Sunday.

Working hours: 6AM-5PM

Skills:
Ideal candidate will bring previous customer service experience and preferably 6+ months contact center experience, possess a strong customer service orientation, a positive attitude, be professional and articulate - excellent verbal/written communication skills, very organized, able to multitask, type 40+ WPM accurately and possess solid data entry skills as well as willing to ask questions when needing assistance. The ability to manage calls courteously and efficiently is paramount to your success. Top performers who consistently meet and exceed their metrics around average talk time, schedule adherence and quality will earn top place during the schedule bid process!

Position offers starting rate of $9.00/HR and as long as you report to work every day on time, not late/leaving early/calling out/returning late from breaks for two consecutive weeks, will be paid $1/hr bonus for every hour worked across the two week period.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: CANNOT MISS ANY TIME DURING 3-WEEK TRAINING - period! Any missed time will result in termination of employment. Once issued a schedule, attendance is managed on a point system - 1/2 pt. for reporting late/leaving early and 1 pt. for calling out, termination occurs at 6 points.
