Job Description

The Customer Service Representative manages customer accounts by working with the customer to develop and facilitate increased business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities for increased business.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base.
  • Negotiate and secure opportunities when presented.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals and/or RFP responses.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of projects and collection of receivables.
  • Maintain effective communication with all internal and external customers.


Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Proven professional business relationship building skills.
  • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2+-5 Years Account Management/Customer Service experience

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education & work experience. Bachelors degree a plus.
