Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Spherion is seeking an experience customer service specialist. They specifically need someone with experience in consumer products. Consumer packaged goods (CPG) refers to a broad spectrum of manufacturers, sellers, and marketers of physical goods (typically packaged in some way, shape or form) used by consumers and sold through a retailer. This is a temp to hire position for a real go-getter!

Responsibilities:
You will be on the phones all day and answering emails. You will have to figure out problems and calm customers down when they are upset.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Very good customer service (you may deal with unpleasant people)
Excellent computer skills (word/excel/sales software)

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
10 plus years experience in customer service for consumer products is highly preferred
Excellent with multi-tasking
Team Player
