Job Description

Spherion is partnering with a well-known manufacturing company in search of a Customer Service Specialist. This is a temp position and offers great pay, and a stable, day shift, Monday - Friday schedule with no nights or weekends required. It also offers the possibility of transitioning to a work from home status upon successful completion of training.

- Handle incoming customer calls and fulfill customer needs.
- Process new orders and track open orders
- Check pricing and verify product availability
- Review and troubleshoot customer problems

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Helpful, friendly demeanor/phone presence, excellent customer service skills
- Able to quickly learn and understand technical terminology
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Good computer skills

High School

1-4 years

- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced inbound call-center environment.
