Job Description

Spherion Staffing is interviewing for the position of Customer Service Team Lead for our client, a call center. The Customer Service Team Lead will provide exceptional customer service while walking customers through the policy process and reasons for determinations; train new employees as well as meeting deadlines and quotas.

Qualified applicants need to have a minimum of 3 years of progressive customer service experience or experience in the auto insurance industry.

Pay: $15/hour
Hours: 8-hour shift between the hours of Monday-Friday 6:00am-9:00pm; ability to work flexible hours

- Train new hires
- Ensure quotas and deadlines are met
- Give advanced customer service to clients
- Explain processes to clients and new hires

-High school diploma or equivalent required
-3 years progressive customer service or service industry experience required
-Adept Office program skills
-Advanced communication skills
