Job Description

Job Duties:

-Input orders by email, fax and phone
-Answer customer questions by phone, chat and e-mail about products
-Handle customer questions and returns
-Other projects as needed

Working hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Required Skills:

-Type 40 WPM minimum
-MS Office skills including; opening and editing files, saving files and formatting
-Basic MS Excel, MS Outlook skill including; new emails, setting up contacts and calendar
-Professional demeanor
-Able to multi-task and work fast if necessary
-Organized and detail oriented
-Inbound customer service or phone banking experience preferred
-LOVE of working with people
