Job Description

A growing Asheville company is looking for an Account Manager!

-Manage accounts and relationships with specific customers and clients
-Operate as the lead point of contact for specific accounts
-Maintain relationships with management
-You will work with the team to provide excellent customer service and meet goals
-Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-Forecast and track key account metrics (Quarterly Business Reviews and annual projections)
-Prepare daily reports
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
-Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
-Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Working hours: M-F
