Job Description

Our client has a job opening for a manager in their customer service department. This job requires candidates to manage employees, address employee issues, write schedules, ensure quotas are met, and create incentives. To be successful at this job, applicants must have at least 2 years of management experience and preferably a degree in a similar field.

Pay: $50,000-$55,000/year
Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, terminate and manage employees
- Ensure quotas are met for every employee
- Drive incentive programs
- Write schedules

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Skills:
--At least 2 years of management experience
--Associate's Degree in related field is highly desired
