Job Description

The Dining Facility Manager is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations. Responsible to direct employees at their perspective dining facilities. The Dining Facility Manager shall have experience of successfully managing cafeteria style or multi-entry-e operations, catering or government cafeteria operations providing complete meal service (breakfast, lunch and dinner), feeding over 300 customers per sitting. Managers will have experience using automated systems (such as Army Food Management Information Systems (AFMIS)) inventory and plan food operations daily. Military food service experience in the pay grade of E-6 or above, warrant or commissioned officer may be credited as management experience for this position. The Dining Facility Manager and alternate must have a current sanitation certificate (within 4 years) as defined in TB MED 530.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day operations and directing employees to their perspective dining facilities. Complete meal service (breakfast, lunch and dinner) feeding over 300 customers per sitting. Plan food operations daily. Will be responsible to manage the performance in each dining facility to include Subcontractors. Required to meet specific metrics and performance standards. The Dining Facility Manager has to be on site full time during their shift.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
