Job Description

Job Summary
- Execute all direct mail campaigns.
- Develop strategy and detailed planning for each campaign in response to market trends and previous results.
- Suggest creative ideas for branding and continuity of campaigns.
- Develop budget and forecasts for each campaign.
- Evaluate results and cost of customer acquisition for each campaign.
- Develop protocol for importing leads from 3rd party sources, ensuring compliance with naming conventions, campaign requirements and privacy policies.
- Implement ongoing "test and learn" plans to optimize and improve results of future campaigns.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost effective and high quality campaigns.
- Collaborate to make sure we are aligned with and executing the goals and priorities of the business.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 a.m - 5 p.m.)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Three to five years in Direct Mail Marketing required
- Degree in Marketing preferred
- Skilled at working independently, as well as collaborating on success metrics on a broader team
- A proven track record of managing similar direct marketing campaigns and driving positive results
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skill required
