Job Description

Spherion is looking for a dedicated Addictive Disease Services Director. This position is a direct hire.

Responsibilities:
The Program Director of Addictive Disease Services is responsible for the overall management of the Substance programs. The director will oversee/manage to insure quality services for all program participants.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
1. Manage programs and accomplish objectives
2. Operate within a balanced budget
3. Maintain a positive public image for all programs
4. Maintain a positive public image for all programs
5. Improve client services

Education:
Masters

Experience:
7-10 years

Qualifications:
This position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and five (5) years of transferable experience working with chemically dependent individuals. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with eight (8) years of expereince and a CAC Level 1 or 2 certfication may be considered if the candidate does not meet the experience requirements.
