Job Description

The Program Director of Addictive Disease Services is responsible for the overall management of the Substance programs. The director will oversee/manage to insure quality services for all program participants.

Responsibilities:
-The Program Director of Addictive Disease Services is responsible for the overall management of the Substance programs.

-The director will oversee/manage to insure quality services for all program participants

-Manage the operation of all substance abuse programs to insure that required services are delivered with quality and all documentation is complete.

-Manage and maintain acceptable census levels.

-Develop and manage program budgets and review and report on financials.

-Serve as a liason between VOA-GA and other community resources to promote quality services for supported individuals.

-Ensure that the program managers and staff deliver and maintain quality services to all program participants.

-Manage the interview and employment process and manage program managers

-Maintain positive public image for the program.

-Competitive salary and benefits. Will consider paying small relocation fee.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Education:
Masters

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-Know How: requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and five (5) years of transferable experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8 years of experience and a CAC Level 1 or 2 certification may be considered if the candidate does not meet the experience requirements.
