Job Description

The Service and Warranty Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the company including scheduling, managing employees and assisting with payroll. Primary job is to ensure all aspects of daily routine are coordinated between departments and installers to ensure schedules are met. Customer satisfaction is the most important gauge on work performance. Effective and timely communication is a must. This position is the first point of contact for warranty holders and for builders.

Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for service and warranty
Manage schedule, dispatch and tracking of all warranty items as well as keep warranty on-call list up to date
Ensure inspections and permits are kept up to date and communicated proactively
Assist with other scheduling, training and team building as needed
Manage and issue invoices and Charges to customers and builders
Perform other duties as assigned by G.M. or Owner or as needed for Company needs.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Two years' applicable experience preferred
Requires PC & internet skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with payroll a plus

High School

1-4 years

Requires attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
Self started with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
