The Donor Relations and Stewardship Assistant is responsible for supporting the stewardship team with reporting and data management.
Manage weekly data manipulation and merge acknowledgment, honorary, and memorial letters.
Mailing stewardship communication and tracking in database.
Assist with the creation and distribution of stewardship impact reports and managing the tracking of reports in the database.
Assist with scholarship recipient thank you letter process.
Coordinate stewardship activity tracking in database.
Provide support event planning and execution
Manage events calendar.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00a to 4:30p
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated written/oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment
Capacity to exercise discretion and confidentiality of information and interactions.
Superior skills in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel, mail merging in both Word and Publisher, and document management; high typing speed; experience in database use; and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Management of multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and ability to balance needs of team members.
Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree with three years of professional administrative assistant experience
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of successful professional experience, preferably within non-profit
