Job Description

The EDI Coordinator serves as lead for all communication between internal users and external
trading partners and serves as the technical support of Electronic Data Interfaces. The EDI
Coordinator will be responsible for providing resolution for escalations from internal and
external team members and complete special projects as assigned. They will communicate with
EDI Personnel regarding any changes in requirements.

Liaison between trading partners, clients and business units
? Manage work intake, prioritization, assignment and maintenance of EDI processes and
? Create and integrate maps and processes within EDI systems
? Serve as subject matter expert for implementation and integration of EDI transaction maps
? Resolve data discrepancies from interfaces (error handling)
? Provide advanced troubleshooting with new and existing processes within our systems
? Interact with internal and external parties as the ongoing technical support for interface
? Maintain internal tracking system with project information
? Manage EDI-related business support responsibilities, which include production monitoring,
file maintenance, ad hoc reporting, and consultation with internal and external users.
? Coordinate testing with third parties for interface
? Have direct involvement with testing new application software upgrades
? Research escalations from internal EDI development tracking system for ongoing issues
? Communicate/coordinate with internal parties related to interface projects
? Works with project managers in relation to new product launch plans
? Complete special projects as assigned (system research, mass updates)
? Meet or exceed Data Exchange Team Service Level Requirements

4-7 years

Bachelor?s Degree in a related field required or a minimum of 5 years proven
experience/knowledge of related business or process.
? Minimum 5 years? experience in Customer Service
? Minimum 2 years? of EDI order processing experience
? Experience in all facets of EDI including basic transaction set mapping, trading partner setup,
testing, and implementation
? JDE Enterprise One 9.0 software knowledge
? Cleo Lexicom knowledge, preferred
? IBM Sterling knowledge, preferred
? TrustedLink Software knowledge, preferred
? AS400 software knowledge, preferred
Exposure to FTP & sFTP protocols and FTP Server
? Understanding of X12, EDIFACT, idoc, flat file data formats
? Understanding of supply chain X12 EDI transactions like 810, 850, 855, 860, 865, 856, 940,
945, 997, 864 etc. and corresponding EDIFACT transactions
