Job Description

Troubleshoot, Automate, Maintain and Rebuild Production Equipment
Responsibilities Include:
? Program, trouble shoot and install AC & DC drives, temperature controllers as
well as many other types of controllers.
? Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
? Troubleshoot inputs and outputs to and from PLC?s.
? Perform Preventive Maintenance to a variety of equipment.
? Update and maintain PM software.
? Disassemble and reassemble equipment for the purpose of rebuilding.
? Initiate purchase orders.
? Write work instructions and fill out other pertinent ISO documentation.
? Taking turns being on call 24/7 for emergency break downs.
? Assist the Maintenance staff with Plowing, sanding, snow blowing and shoveling
in the winter.

Working hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm; 4pm - 12:30am

Good computer skills are required.
Excellent electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
