Job Description

The Electrical Assembler wires electrical panels, HMI's and Servo motors drive systems from the Electrical Engineers schematics to the quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform layout functions from schematics to build various control panel assemblies and subassemblies.
Drill, cut and punch holes in steel panels per plans.
Route wiring harnesses, cables, trays and seals inside control panels.
Attach breakers, conduit, pipe and tubing to control units.
Test completed work and troubleshoot.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
Have electrical testing, soldering, cable routing, assembly and troubleshooting skills.
Measure, layout and hand tool skills., (Punches, calipers, crimpers, pliers, etc...)
Be PC literate to record data in ERP Systems.

Education:
Trade

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
1-4 years of electrical assembly experience, preferably with control panels.
Technical certificate from a trade school preferred
Team-player
Dependable and hardworking.
