Job Description

As an electrical assembler, you will need to have a strong attention to detail as you perform your job duties. 

You will be working Monday-Friday, flexible daylight hours, and overtime as required. Your pay rate will be $14.00 per hour, and this is a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90-120 days.

  • Ability to solder using a stereo microscope
  • Ability to interpret basic documents, work instructions, BOM’s, and schematics
  • General communication skills, both written and verbal
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to exhibit adaptability/flexibility
  • General Knowledge of IPC-A-610 a plus
  • Experience with Lead free soldering a plus


As an electrical assembler, you will need to have a strong attention to detail as you will be performing the following duties and tasks: 
Read work orders, assembly drawings, schematics, work instructions and other mfg documentation.
Utilize soldering irons and various small hand tools to install components and parts such as switches, coils, transformers, relays, transistors, capacitors, resistors, and other semi-conductor circuits on circuit boards and/or other units.
Route and attach wires and connectors to form circuitry and connect sub-assemblies.
Attach hardware where needed. Examine parts for defects. Replace defective components and wiring.
Complete appropriate paperwork and computer transactions necessary to finish work assignments.
Repair defective units. Provide input for engineering change requests, as required.
Navigate Local Area Network and ERP system to gain necessary information to complete work assignments
Work with Quality Control and/or Engineering to help trouble shoot problems as they arise.
Receive verbal instructions regarding work assignments.
