Pay range- $12-16/hour
Depending on experience, education, and additional training

Responsibilities:
Assemble, solder and surface mount RF/microelectronics boards under a microscope.
Meet weekly assembly production goals set by supervisor.
Learn new manufacturing processes.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Must have experience in microelectronic assembly that includes surface-mount technology, hand soldering, and ribbon/wire bonding of electronic components under a microscope.
Must have working knowledge of bonders and welders.
Position requires detail and precise assembly requiring dexterity in handling small tools and parts.
Ability to read assembly prints and component lists is required.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must be able to commit to work overtime to ensure the work is completed in time frames provided
Focused and dedicated professional
Must be able to pass on boarding background and drug test screening
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in mechanical design and drafting
Required: High School Diploma or GED
