Job Description

Spherion Staffing has several openings for Electronics Assembly Associates to work with a local Sioux Falls manufacturing company. This position will provide assembly of parts following blueprints or layouts in a very clean manufacturing environment.

1st shift-7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday
2nd shift 3:45 pm-2:15 Mon-Thursday with mandatory overtime (Friday 3:45 - 9:45 for OT & some Saturday mornings from 6:00am - 11:00am)
Pay $13-13.50/hour DOE and Shift

Responsibilities:
- Produce electronic controls, circuit boards, electronic component boards for a variety of industries and applications
- Hand soldering components to circuit boards
- Testing of completed circuit boards
- Packaging of completed projects

Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Must be very detail oriented
-Must be able to stay focused
-Need to be a team player (very important)
-Must be open to learning and willing to do a variety of tasks
