Job Description

ELECTRONICS / HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

A key member of the company, the Project Manager will be responsible for providing turnkey design development and execution for HVAC Automation projects, to include:
o Assisting Account Managers with Project Estimating, scope development and fundamental design for turnkey projects. Development of Sub-Contractor scope of work and related documentation.
o Assist with the management on development of Hardware and Software Design
Submittals, Installation drawings, Sequence of Operations and Commissioning and/or Validation Documentation.
o Attend Pre-construction meetings, internal and external, mobilization, interfacing with contractors as necessary and job scheduling. o Managing contracts and sub-contracts.
o Manage and schedule project Software development, installation and commissioning Manage and schedule field technician's startup and commissioning efforts.
o Oversee the performance of engineers and subcontractors ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and to specification.
o Materials Specification, Ordering, Tracking and Installation support.
Track, identify and control construction costs against budget to avoid cost overruns.
o Responsible for all Project Related and Customer Required Documentation, to include at a minimum; Submittals, RFI's, Schedule, Safety Compliance, Commissioning and/or Validation
O Maintain up to date As-Built documentation throughout project lifecycle. Coordinate final Turnover Package to Owner to include, Design documentations, System Backup, Recover and General Use Training, Warranty and Service Department turnover. o Responsibility for Monthly Invoicing and Project Forecasting.
o Use company Project Management software to maintain the real-time status of projects on a daily basis.
o Maintain the highest quality and customer satisfaction on all projects.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years Construction Project Management in a mechanical, electrical, BAS, or general contracting required.
--Strong computer skills required.
HVAC and Mechanical System Checkout, Startup and System Commissioning required.
- Ability to interpret design documentation required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required. To include MS Project (a plus).
Understanding of Software configuration and programming for BMS and SCADA PLC systems a plus o Experience with Time Card software, SAP type Project tracking software, Microsoft
Dynamics, etc. a plus o Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

o-You must have a valid driver's license from the State of Florida
o Able to pass back ground check

Associate

1-4 years

Qualifications:
