Job Description: Full-time System Support Assistant Position is available Monday – Friday 8:00A – 5:00P, 40 hours a week.  Applicants should be able to bring new ideas and improvements to business practices, work well both independently and as part of a team, and show respect to co-workers, customers, vendors, and visitors in the workplace while demonstrating JMJS, Inc.’s core values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork. 

Overview: Working as a Full-time Web Developer/ System Support Assistant, the primary duty of this position is to provide assistance and complete projects as delegated by the Systems Support Manager and Marketing Director. This position requires an individual that enjoys working with people and solving problems, while using critical thinking and system resources to mine out data. You must develop and maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with all departments; while working in a fast-paced environment that empowers critical thinking and collaboration with other departments. This is an entry level position based out of our corporate distribution center located in Smock, PA. 

Qualification

Responsibilities: Provide assistance to System Support Manager by working with vendors on IT and equipment needs; create scheduled and ad hoc reports for various departments; maintain, audit, and update various systems including but not limited to information on customers, products, and prices; identify quality assurance issues and take preventive measures. Working with the Marketing Department to assist with maintaining company website. Answer all questions in a timely manner from co-workers, vendors and customers; completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.  

Required Position Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years IT Help Desk experience, or similar position, as well as knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PHP, MySQL, WordPress. Must possess expert level knowledge of MS Excel. Experience deploying websites, Dev Ops – IT for Developers (servers, etc.) Experience with web applications and programming languages. Must have excellent problem-solving skills as well as advanced mathematical skills for statistical analysis. Must have ability to dig in and mine out information. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; possess strong attention to detail; be detail orientated, self-motivated, and customer service orientated. Must pass pre-employment drug test, random drug screens and follow all company policies and procedures.
