Our client located on the Southside is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support C-level Suite Executives for a local college/university. The primary role of this position provides executive assistance and administrative support to senior level executives with the highest level of excellence, professionalism, sensitivity and confidentiality appropriate to an executive office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serving as primary point of initial contact on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President .
Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, consultants, and Board members. Coordinating a variety of complex executive meetings.
Composing and processing correspondence on behalf of the president.
Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Following through on issues in a timely manner.
Producing and distributing accurate meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
Overseeing and managing all travel related matters. Researching, coordinating, and booking air, hotel and car rental travel arrangements.
Reconciling credit card statements, both Visa and American Express.
Coordinating internal and external meetings and special events.
Supporting external consultants with meeting requests, agendas and clerical support.
Opening and distributing mail as appropriate.
Answering and facilitating or direct phone calls as appropriate.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of databases is essential along with the ability to adapt to new systems
