Job Description

We are working with a top employer in the area seeking an Executive Assistant to support 3 Director/VP's of HR. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5-10 years' professional support experience, no HR experience necessary. Must work well in a fast paced environment in a professional environment. Excellent benefits upon temp to hire.

Responsibilities:
-Interact with other Executive Assistants, leadership, VP's, including the President in a professional manner
-Heavy calendar management
-Meeting minutes
-Prepare for meetings by gathering agenda items, preparing boardroom, corresponding with attendees and creating PowerPoint presentations
-Support leadership through change management
-Some travel required minimally

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Strong PowerPoint and Excel
-Fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong writing/grammar

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-Associates Degree in Business, office management or equivalent combination of experience and education required
-Five to Seven years of professional support experience to executive leadership
-Ability to handle confidential information
