Job Description

Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate office repairs, scheduled maintenance, and day-to-day facility management issues with building property management office
Installs cork/white boards to include picture frames and fixtures on the walls
Furniture repairs, minor repairs, contact local Furniture vendor to make major furniture moves/repairs
Performs simple facility maintenance and plumbing
Assign keys to employees for workstations/offices being used within the site.
Cut keys as needed. Inventory control of keys, badge supplies.
Works with security to support escorting vendors and or visitors on site.
Responsible for entering information and issuing badges.
Coordinates with vendors for services that provide office product supplies; movers; printing, office equipment, and furniture suppliers; rental furniture suppliers; and offsite storage and shipping for new office startups, project closures or ongoing operations
Receives new work tickets and works them, and follows up on outstanding items
Perform other facilities technician related duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
One year of experience required
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of facility maintenance and building systems preferred
May lift up to 50 lbs

Working hours: Any 8.5 per day, Mon-Sun
