Job Description

The Field Resource Coordinator receives, records and distributes customer appointments to technician resources upon customers' requests for service.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Dispatches work orders and relays customer, customer service representative, and/or Management messages or special instructions to technicians and installation.
- Distributes new same day customer appointments to technician resources.
- Communicate, in real time, any changes to the routing plan that may occur.
- Prioritizes and routes additional customer appointments to technicians.
- Provides resource/same day capacity planning to ensure technicians meet customer demands and company goals.
- Tracks and communicates appointment progress with installation.
- Answers incoming customer, technician or installation calls that are either direct or transferred from a customer service representative.
- Transfers incoming customer calls to the right location.
- Understands, interprets, and exceeds the customer's needs and expectations.
- Keeps a record of and verifies previous day's outcome.
- Tracks performance goals and metrics; analyzes data to drive sustainable progress and system improvements.
- Provide Management supporting documentation and reports.

Working hours: Vary

Four-year degree or related experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to;
-Multi-task on a consistent basis
-Work as early at 5:00am
-Work off of 2 monitors at one time
-Great attention to detail
-A great sense of direction is preferred
