Job Description

The Warehouse Position will be responsible for helping our HVAC/R customers find the parts and equipment
they need with prompt, friendly and professional service. A candidate for this position must possess the ability,
and desire, to learn industry products and services to effectively engage customers in conversation to
understand their needs and confidently offer reliable solutions. This position requires an individual that works
well in a team environment to build positive relationships with repeat customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Develops good working relationships and rapport with customers. Greets regular customers by name.
* Maintains the highest standards in cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse through stocking
shelves, housekeeping, rotating inventory, consolidating, etc.
* Prioritizes customer deliveries and consolidates deliveries into morning and afternoon deliveries.
* Manages proper assembly, packaging and delivery of job-orders for contract customers.
* Allows for priority delivery requests using the second delivery truck / branch pickup.
* Plans incoming replenishment deliveries daily.
* Follows company returns, damaged, discrepancies, and shrinkage guidelines.
* Insures vehicle and handling equipment inspections are consistent and necessary repairs are
communicated in writing.
*Utilize company software to upload / scan shipping documents, accept incoming freight, ship orders,
and investigate discrepancies.
* Assists Operations Manager / Branch Manager with cycle counts and specific inventory audits daily.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
General Knowledge of HVAC a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. (PowerPoint a plus.)
Qualified applicants must be customer oriented and motivated with excellent verbal communication skills and
strong phone skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and to recommend a proper course of action.
Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks, job projects, and deadlines.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff to make an accurate
assessment of customer need
