Job Description

Our client is seeking a front desk coordinator to take over administrative duties for their busy office.

Responsibilities:
Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating a multi-phone line system, scheduling appointments, maintain office cleanliness, greeting patients, checking medical history of patients, sorting mail, managing recall and inactive patient systems, preparing and sending new patient referral thank you letters, and checking new patients insurance policy. Candidate will also be responsible for managing YELP, Facebook, and Instagram account.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, adept at handling and prioritizing multiple tasks, reliable, organized, and tech savvy.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years
