Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for a Help Desk Representative that will work with a variety of customers to provide technical support for software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical problems
Provide assistance with system configuration and monitoring
Assist with maintaining hardware/software systems

Working hours: 1st Shift

Skills:
Proven customer service in a phone queue environment
Technical aptitude in troubleshooting systems issues

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Minimum experience of Tier 1 support in a Help Desk environment
Experience with Windows 10
