HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for a temporary Help Desk representative. The hours are M-F from 9;30am - 6:15pm

Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for providing troubleshooting support for hardware and software systems.

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:15 PM

Skills:
Proven experience working in a help desk setting taking calls over the phone.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
A+ certification a plus
