Job Description

Actively seeking an IT resource to support one of our clients on a long term, temporary project.- This position will be supporting laptop configurations (Windows 10) for our client's remote staff.- This is expected to be a part time need, roughly 20 hours a week for the next three to four months.- This job will pay $20 to $25/HR, depending on experience.

- Working with remote staff in the set up and configuration of laptops, working from a script.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Support IT team as needed with other special projects

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Excellent customer services skills, including the ability to work in challenging work environments.-
- Ability to work with configuration instructions, but willing to raise issues or concerns should they arise.
- Solid technical aptitude, including experience with Windows 10 configurations.


1-4 years

2 to 4 years experience IT helpdesk/customer support.
Familiarity with the basics of Windows 10 Configurations
Flexibility to work a non-traditional work schedule.
Ability to commit to a long term project.
