Job Description

Several positions available providing Tech Support for surveillance equipment. Will handle incoming calls in a call center environment. Candidates must have a technical aptitude, good customer service and problem solving skills. Will handle network set-up and troubleshooting, troubleshoot and configure equipment, and field general customer questions and concerns. Must have previous experience working with network devices.

Working hours: 800 am - 5:00 pm M-F
