Job Description

Primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization clients by diagnosing the clients reason for calling, resolving clients request, and/or providing appropriate time frame for follow up on items not able to be addressed on initial call. This position is also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Responsibilities:
Communicates with customers primarily by phone, in customer person visits as needed, and receives incoming client calls as well as making outgoing client calls.
Completes appropriate forms and/or start ticket(s) to document client inquiries, account updates, etc.
Works with clients to ensure client service needs are addressed timely.
Responsible for resolving all inquiries. If unable to resolve yourself, work with team/department to resolve.
Works closely with internal departments to troubleshoot client inquiries, ensure standard account updates are made as well as resolve any needed inquiries.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Candidate must have current, Upper-Level Customer Service Experience(minimum 2 years)
Proficient MS Office Suite Skills a must
Candidate must have excellent Verbal, Written, and Documentation Skills/Communication Skills
Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, continually follow up with customers and be able to meet deadlines
Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, as well as excellent analytical skills to include research and data collection
Candidate must be comfortable and confident working within a team environment
Must have experience implementing corrective action to ensure a High-Level of Customer Service excellence
Previous experience updating, as well as servicing all aspects of customer accounts
