Job Description

This ever-growing Company is looking for another great hire for this position. Watch them grow as they are seeking to obtain a good partner for their current Staffing Coordinator and work to identify another great person to add to their team. The right candidate for this role will have experience in recruitment, orientation and placement of employees. Must be an excellent communicator who works well with potential employees as well as other office staff and clients. The Staffing Coordinator must believe in the core values of the company. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and knowledge. This candidate will be a self-starter, and will take initiative when necessary as well as take direction, and be able to multi-task effectively. Must be highly organized and able to handle last minute call offs with the same energy and service as the first. The ideal candidate will have health industry knowledge as well as above average computer skills and a minimum of 1 year of prior scheduling experience. You will be required to know or learn our scheduling software which will be an integral part of your position.

A career path is laid out for you in this role. After you are taken on permanently, you will perform client intake, and go to client homes to assess and determine the proper level of care.

Heavy phone contact with employees and clients, including regular updates to Director of Client Services, HR and other departments
Scheduling employees at various sites based on matching criteria using scheduling software
Develop and execute an after hire plan for new recruits
Assist with recruiting and hiring new employees by contacting prospective employees
Maintain accurate certification records of employees to ensure state compliance
Ensures that an adequate on call staff is available to cover vacancies created by absences or call-offs and keep avoidable overtime to an absolute minimum
Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Ability to utilize mobile device, computers, and email actively

No Degree Required

1-4 years

1-2 years experience in HR or Recruiting role required
1+ years of experience with scheduling
Experience with in-home care, nursing, or client intake is a plus
