Job Description

Lead day-to-day Administrative process as recruitment process, time and attendance, vacations processing, collecting timesheets, and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to HR area, corrective actions and employee promotions support on associate's plant wide, and OT reports.
Processing confidential reports and documents, inputting new hire and term records for all associates, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
Prepare and post job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering pre-employment tests as required.
Prepare source documentation for effective changes in pay status.
Establish, maintain and control personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts and ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain employment, attendance and training records.
Maintain organization charts and company phone directory.
Provide assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal process.
Interact with and supply information to employees, department heads, and job applicants.
Handle issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Assistant Manager.
Manage sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, plan and protect the security of information, data and files.
Communicate and work closely with sister companies to complete special projects and routine tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of recruitment process, HR policies and procedures, benefits and environmental, health and safety.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer to produce accurate and well presented reports and projects.
Able to speak English and Spanish- desired but, no required-
Flexibility to work overtime as business requires.
Communicate effectively verbally as well as through writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets and deliver effective results.
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
