Job Description

Responsible for the creation and administration of performance evaluations in Healthstream. Percentage of time: 30%.

2 Working closely with managers, edit and approve job descriptions and post completed job descriptions to HR Portal. Make pricing recommendations for new or revised positions and assign pay ranges. Percentage of time: 20%

3 Responsible for ECS verification, which may include making pay rate recommendations, communicating with the manager, requesting receipt of signed job descriptions, and clarification of discrepancies on the ECS. Produce and distribute Labor Code Notices when applicable. Percentage of time: 20%

4 With the Compensation Manager, conduct Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) employee meetings and management training. Produce AWS memos, reports and confirmation statements, and track all AWS arrangements. Percentage of time: 10%

5 Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date. Track competency assessments to ensure receipt. Percentage of time: 10%

6 File Storage: Work with the off-site file storage company to request any files located off-site and send items for storage (terminations, etc.). Sort, store, retrieve and monitor records and information. Percentage of time: 5%

7 Schedule meetings as requested. Percentage of time: 5%

Qualifications:
Minimum:

Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills; 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed.

Preferred:

Minimum:

HR knowledge and experience and 3 years in an office environment
