Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager this position will work with the rest of the team based in other locations in the US to drive HR processes and programs. This individual will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of human resources activities and programs as well as the payroll process through ADP.

Responsibilities:
??? Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions
??? Handle the whole payroll process through ADP
??? Review and process all new hires, terminations and other payroll changes in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance with local law and company guidelines
??? Create and maintain various payroll and employee reports
??? Monitor and process all the needs about benefits (health insurances, 401k,...)
??? Responsible for the upkeep of employee files, including creating and maintaining accurate files
??? Assist employees with HR and payroll inquiries
??? Responsible for the MBO process
??? Ensure the maintenance and application of the HR policies and processes
??? Assist with special projects as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
??? Bachelor???s degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience
??? Experience handling payroll in different States
??? 2+ years of experience with HR Administration or HR Assistant/Coordinator duties.
??? Experience utilizing ADP systems is mandatory
??? Experience exercising discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and information
??? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
